This is largely inaccurate. While I don't know the rate of drops from that pack, anyone in my group has yet to get it, and we frequently make it into Cross GNW. Secondly, you do realize that most people on a server don't get access to it....and also out of the group of people that DO, they only get 10 packs, right? So a large group of people in a powerful group has a SMALL chance at getting it......yeah, that's not very reliable. That 10,000 Coupon price still stands until Oasis makes it more affordable or other ways to redeem.

Also, I never said cultivation runes were hard to get....they are quite easy.....you can get 80 per day in the redeem Arena Shop....but again, you really make it seem that it rains these things. And also while they are in events quite frequently.....I don't see anyone passing up redeems for other ninjas like Minato/MM or Shisui over them......so no, that isn't the issue. TIME to acquire is an issue.....and most people don't wait.

So the cost still stands for anyone who is trying to buy it straight out.

Hi! One thing I do want to note about your calculation is that it is based on Mission General Mobilization which had the Contracting Scrolls to cost 500 points or the equivalent of 1k coupons/ingots if you were to purchase the Mission Gift Boxes (20 coupons/ingots each) for 10 points each. However, the event allows players to earn for free a max of 1050 points if players were to participate for the 7 days duration the event is active, which allows players to redeem a free contracting scroll. There are also other ways players can obtain contracting scrolls which has been brought up by other players, which includes but is not restricted to Cross GNW and events.

This is still quite a new update and Mission General Mobilization will not be the only place you can obtain Contracting Scrolls. There will be other ways to obtain it in the future =]
