Well. Shisui is only better if you usually win the triggered barriere fight. If you don't you need an activated barriere and are better off with Minato.

Shisui is better atm. He can remove immunity and chaos for 2 rounds, while jonin Minato can only interrupt skills. Even without a barrier, Shisui is much better, he can win JMinato 1 on 1 any day.

Shisui cannot beat Jonnin Minato 1vs1 unless he has the initative over him.

Shisui can. I'm using Shisui and I can beat JMinato teams even with higher initiative than me.

it really depends on how you use it . if masked man had hight ini , he will do std attk first to remove shisui evade and use Mystery afterward to immobile shisui .

Plus not just ini u need power too ,

Ok, so since no one does 1v1 anyway that doesn't really matter, haha.

The reason why I think Shisui is stronger is that 2) he is easier to pair with other ninjas, 2) he has incredible synergy with Anbu Itachi which you should have already.

LM + Anbu Itachi + Iruka/Masked Man + Shisui is an incredibly strong team.

Jonin Minato on the other hand hasn't peaked yet as we don't have access to Madara [5 Kage Summit] nor bonds skill, which will cause his mystery to do insane damage.

just be mindful that you need to have young obito and kakashi for his bond skill

In the long run Jonin Minato will easily outshine shisui with his bond mystery which does insane damage with tag+paralysis, and his synergy with 5 kage madara(obito). Although right now shisui is dominating but when we start getting the new ninjas/updates, shisui's usage rate will drop in the long run as in cn he's rarely used. It really depends if you want to invest in the long run or go for the current meta. I would recommend getting shisui now so you can dominate in the current meta. Assuming you do every coupon activity in naruto online you can get minato in 2 1/2-3 months waaay before the bond update.

Will you quit jabbing about the "long-run"? Once those ninjas get here, you will be screaming not to get them, because in China the meta is now a completely different one, because already 6, 9, 12 months passed.

So is Anbu Itachi with Shisui.

I would still recommond Shisui for late game.

He can do well with either SR from GNW box.

Shisui.Go for jonin minato later.

Shisui is better and cheaper

1. The cn meta is really diverse and it's usually based on pos1 vs pos 2, initiative, who's team counters the other, and rng to deem the victor of the fight. A lot of old ninjas are still viable like kcm naruto.

2. No one was ever screaming for shisui to come to us servers because he's never been truly game breaking in cn, sure he was powerful but there was still better/cost efficient options. In fact the only wanted ninja that i saw that was begged was edo hiruzen.

Not cheaper shisui's 17.6k while the cheapest price for jonin is 9.6k but he's waaay better than jonin minato.

Shisui cost now really cheap or i can say Cheep! . u can get around 8k on treasure of sage for 30% .

As a person with Jonin Minato, I would say that he is not that godlike and such, without proper support and buff (which I now don't have). On the other hand, Shisui is now cheaper, and he can be used in a team with Iruka and anbu Itachi. so,I would say go for Shisui.
