Are groups donations level ba<x>sed?

Our group is level 4 and some people can donate 450k coins everyday and some say they can maxium of 300k,anyone know why is it level based or rank based,I have 2 anbus,the second highest rank before seniors and leader and one can donate max 450k coins and the other only 300k,why?

Yes it's based on your level. They made it that way because low level members can only earn small amount of coins daily from rewards.

I didn't know that donations were based on the level of the player characters, I thought it was on the rank of the group.
