Hey
Unfortunately, it's a matter of personal offense.
We're only able to punish players on the grounds of them being offensive to the player who is reporting it and vice versa.
Simply put, without them directly insulting by using vulgar statements and words, it's not directly possible for us to punish them.
If you feel you should report them, please do so in our misbehavior report with full chat logs.

so impersonating from the begining of the server and spaming world chat with texts presented on first printscreen is not on purpose ?
or example from last week:
Youre saying this is not enough to proove hes doing this on purpose ? oh cmon... are you kidding me ? :P

If you're annoyed by the player's messages, Feel free to block them. (Blacklist)
As I stated before, feel free to report them in the misbehavior thread if you feel they've committed an offensive action.
