Hi there! About that issue, it is about your connection .. Maybe you are having a bad or slow connection that makes your Game lag that hard .. Sometimes after reconnecting, there's a certain files that must be reuploaded to your console, client or browser (which is the BattleUI files) .. If you have a slow connection or if you are using Mini-Client that is having trouble, then that's more likely to happen .. In any case, refreshing is the only option you can do .. Sometimes, the clock runs good but if you reached 1min or more, you can cancel the matching and click the *ons again .. if the Cancel *on is cannot be clicked, then refresh is the only option too .. Dunno if that's a bug or something but i hope you can resolve it soon ..
