for free sorry I don't spend money on the game but you can get them in treasures I was hoping someone knew which had the highest drop rate
just do kage treasure, or whatever treasure has his frags, they all have the same drop rate as far as i know

wait until christmas or new year events his frags are cheaper during that time 1frag cost b/w 300-500cpns
just save cpns until that time and use them...also by that time if you are lucky you may get another 5-10frags of him from draws

they all have the same drop rate. 1-2 fragments every 60 rolls.
btw, this event that started today, fire treasure temple, seems a good way to get fragments of him with coupons, but really cost a lot.

I’m pretty sure he was most common in edo Tensei. Not sure about it though.
I heard that thing before, and yes, it is true that Edo Tensei Treasure drops Itachi Susano better, but that was before and not a thing anymore this days .. Today, all treasure except the GNW Treasure drops Itachi Susano at the same rate .. 1 to 2 fragments for every 60 or so pulls .. If you are a f2p player that who don't want to spend a dime on this game, hoping to recruit Itachi Susano for free then that's the only possible way for you to do, keep pulling in treasures that drops Itachi Susano frags, if you have enough or good savings of coupons then wait for the right event to drop your coupons, Dancing Capsules is one of the events that you may consider ..

Drop another 400 SS on Jin 1 for est 10 frags and make Roshi 4 stars. If you already have Roshi.
I guess you do. Cos you have the same amount of Itachi's frags as me XD.
I'm pretty sure you get 50 frags for Roshi dupe.
You only get 20 frags for a roshi dupe, I don't know where you got that information.
