Only really good ninja i have is Shisui and although i want to go for Roshi i cant think of team with those two together that is competitive. Should i just go for GNW treasure instead? Depending on the number of sealscrolls you have i think you could draw both treasure. I dont know how good they are in one team.

Shisui work only with ninjas from kage, gnw, lighting treasure

Well, if you want to use Shisui and only Shisui then teaming up with Roshi is a bad ideas since Roshi's Mystery Skills breaks barrier .. If you want to have some good team with Shisui then you must consider using your scrolls in GNW Treasure, If you are lucky enough and get Kushimaru and Jinpachi with your first couple of rares then that's good ..

the only ninja that works fine with shisui and roshi that also make your team competitive is kurama naruto.
