This is exactly what happened on S2 the last time Wheel Of Fortune came around. Some random inactive account did 500 spins right when the new events started and never did even the free spins for the rest of the event.
They hijacked the event so active players either had to do 501 spins or settle for a lower ranking. That is what's really happening here.

IKR... I cant imagine not just for wheel but somone lured at sakura gift event as well XD

I get annoyed aswell yes, but do i make a post and point out how bad this model business is for alt accounts and "returning" players? No, i dont care, i play for fun, you should know this by know, how long you play this game, and how long it's been this way, u made this post because you're bothered someone taking prizes without too much effort, in your own mind players who play this 24/7 should get rewarded? I always said in these kind of games, "You are entitled to nothing" f2p or p2w, doesnt matter, game is rigged in a certain way, it's based of coding, unless u didnt know, odds are in favor of those who probably play less, or are low level, doesnt matter, once you figure out how it works, you cant do much, but make a post about how bad it is, but i got a simple solution for y'all, simple enough...
Stop recharging, stop spending, and maybe they'll change * around here.

Ya thanks for your advice. I did it, i have a plan to recharge but since they always make me disappointed i canceled a few months ago XD
