They did update. They gave us the mood system. Plus ninja access to Playboy Sasuke, Asuma the Wind Blade, Gakido, Iruka, .... the shop isn't getting updated because they want you to buy these things. :lol

Seriously though, the shop is both the place to go for refining tools and the source of rare ninja. So free players have a choice to make. Either buy the refining tools and depend on free draws for the rares or fall behind in power while getting rare ninja that are still bad because you're weak. based on the scoreboard... most are opting for Kisame instead of power...

While I want new ninja from a few of the shops I would not mind if they give me time to 5 star my Tobi :)

Don't worry you'll have more than enough time for that. Shops won't change their inventories they're going to update them with new items while still selling old ones (at lower price usually (like Tobi will be 500 pts in the future))

btw. I've got to level 50 and my shops didn't change (there's one more shop opening at lvl 70, but I'm not getting there to figure out what that is lel
