• They did update. They gave us the mood system. Plus ninja access to Playboy Sasuke, Asuma the Wind Blade, Gakido, Iruka, .... the shop isn't getting updated because they want you to buy these things. :lol
  
  Seriously though, the shop is both the place to go for refining tools and the source of rare ninja. So free players have a choice to make. Either buy the refining tools and depend on free draws for the rares or fall behind in power while getting rare ninja that are still bad because you're weak. based on the scoreboard... most are opting for Kisame instead of power...
