To call Gamabunta the new feature (when it was promised in a 3.0 ages) is kinda stretched for my imagination.

To be accurate, it's not even a feature, it's a new summon in the group summon feature. Now you wouldn't call adding Kakashi Anbu a new feature would ya.

He probably does understand that but the people he was referring to want stuff ASAP do not. They see flashy new updates/ninjas (minato's bond skills, madara five kage, etc.) from China regardless they know about the timeline between when it was released and how far between the updates were in China (we should be finishing off the updates/ninjas released back in 2016). It's just a discussion of what should be happening vs. what will be most likely to happen.

A clear motivation of "money first" would be if China plans to introduce a new permanent treasure then we get it a couple months after. There's no good reason (without disrupting the game environment) why one server release a new treasure if another server had the latest one for almost two years while the former had it for much little time than the latter? If you started on China back then, you would have gotten a SR regardless you spend or not and some f2ps most likely even have both already.
