In regards to a mood, I would choose one of the following depending on what you need him more for.

+Life, -Ninjutsu
+Atk, -Ninjutsu

Kiba is mostly physical so you don't really need ninjutsu that much. Either life is he is your tank or atk if you have enough tanks on your team and need more damage.

I will say I haven't seen a mood for +Life, -Ninjutsu yet but still experimenting. I have seen the +Atk, -Ninjutsu (forgot what its called).
