If you are wondering,if you need to reload 100 in order to get those 10%, don't worry. It all adds up.

You reload 5000 in a single reload, you also get the 1<100, 101<500, 501 <1000. If you reload the maximum (20k), you get about 8700 COUPONS (the rebate is coupons not ingots) if i remember correctly.

There is no strategy behind it, You will always get 10% of the first <100 you reload. You cannot get 15, 20 or 40% by using some kind of trick.
