Do you guys even listen to your players? Because it really feels like talking to a brick wall with you. How many players must quit in order for you to do something, because this is where it's coming to thanks to your atitude. You guys even ignored the paying players, which says something about your business sense(or rather the lack of it).

And can we get a response that isn't a copy paste every month? The person in charge of the uk servers is doing a poor job, he/she should be ashamed of how it treats the players. I understand that the database huge, but so are your earnings, so either step up your game or hire someone to do it properly. And why don't servers have mods anymore?

You leave all the servers to die with this subpar attitude. I've already lost lots of dear friends and groupmates thanks to this and I think I'll quit as well pretty soon. This game used to be awesome, but thanks to your lousy approach it will all vanish into thin air.

Should there not be any change I can see the stopping line for me(and many others) approaching.
