I am saving 8K coupons for edo 3rd hokage. Should I use them for minato now?
Just like what B3stnoob said, he isn't guaranteed so you might end up spending all your coupons. Also, majority of the new ninjas that have been introduced are in RNG events, Great Tree, and ignot spending events. You need a minimum 15k(20 for sure) if you are able to piece them via frags in events.
