is there any lineups suggestion minato hokage with shisui?
if there are any good teams minato hk with shisui,i might consider to spend coupons on this events :D

No guarantee that you'll get him. Best to save for Edo 3rd. Only reason I spent on the wheel was for the Minato Jonin frags.
