I have a guy in a group who got three fragments somewhere a year ago or so, and haven't gotten anything since. Meanwhile I got three fragments around 4 months ago. Haven't gotten him for a while.

  • I think it drops more often for P2W. For example my P2W gets the Tendo chase mission every couple weeks but my f2p accounts have never gotten Tendo. I could be wrong because of small sample size but that is my best guess, but trying spending more and see if that helps.

Yea, well, no one should listen to such bs advice "spend some cash in the game, maybe you will get better stuff", that's what the sales team wants us to do. No way I will pay for such reasons.
