It's just only a name .. But if you want to give it a meaning then, most likely, the meaning of Fukurokumaru's name is somewhat close to "Fukubukuro" which is the Traditional Japanese New Year Custom in which merchants and shops makes a bag full of their merchandise and sell it for cheaper price .. Fukubukuro means lucky bag ..
