If the effect says 'lasts for x rounds' then is removed otherwise is not removed.

No, this is not true.

Lets say you run a midnight blade with lightning armor, lightning enhancement and root of warrior together with 3 ninjas that are not of lightning element and that are not swordbearers. Han will still remove everything from your main, even the immunity and critical bonus granted by lightning armor.
