it is not the greatest team, but until you get more rares, fire main is a lil' difficult. also, for this team to actually work alright you need to have kurenai skill broken. Was thinking you could also replace Kabuto for Iruka for some extra buffs, and use the 10 combo chase on fire main, but the issue I have is you are pretty helpless after round two. See below:

You can do that set up, or something like this to be slightly less helpless after round two, but not much of a combo off of itachi's mystery. Could swap fire main or itachi for spot one, I know peeps like to be able to remove buffs as soon as possible so maybe having itachi in spot one is better:
