Not quite true tbh.
Madara does go both ways, depends on what you have.
I used to think that I want Kurama.
But my play style is to hit all 3 teams aoe, when it comes to GNW, Ranked Battle or Bond.
He still can excel in pvp as long as you have the right team and set up. If he crits and ignition will hurt a lot.
If I have Madara, I might change to wind tbh. I have something in mind. It might be weird, but the least expect is harder to counter.
