1. You need boy kakashi and obito. It adds paralysis, increases damage technically because it hurts more people (4 instead of 2) and causes interruption. Undodgeable since KCM Naruto gets hit by it (minatos rasengan chase is dodgeable still)

2. Itachi and Shisui. Both need to be in your team to use. Increases damage (and paralysis?) The only ones I know of besides Minato.

3. Get Shisui if you already have Itachi Anbu and wanna do their bond mystery. Jonin Minato, Wind Main, Gaara 5th and Gakido is what I usually see. Someone in my server is using Masked Man and Jonin Minato with Wind Main (I also plan on doing this) and thats all I know as for teams. You have to make your own team and experiment.
