The Naruto [Nine-Tails Chakra]’s Fragment have been on the Lucky * for the last couple of months if I can remember it correctly. If there were another ninja frags such as Ay (4th raikage) instead, I would probably max it out and spend 25k to get him. The Naruto [Nine-Tails] is sort of outdated, not popular as it used to be.

yes they r free but not enough to build your power specialy when your server have big time money spender...and if u just lean on those free items then for sure u will get weaker and weaker coz veteran players focus on bp rather than ninja and when they have decent bp for sure theyll focus on ninja event and will use it wisely ;) better not to upgrade Shop :) we must learn how to be patience and wait for the right time :) and be determined on everything what we do ;) life goes on whether new shop release or not :)
