I'm not sure since i'm not paying attention about the details much but as far as i remember, the only changes with the rewards in team status is the Exp gain for the team instance and for the Strong Approaching, it adds 1 to 2 Threads i think but i'm not sure .. But for the Wanted Hunting, the Exp is better when you accompli* in Team Status than doing it in solo ..
