Well if you are f2p with no monthly card or whatever it takes a while. If you successfully do plunder and convoy every single day, plus all the other stuff like kyubi if you dont freeze, group summon, the 10 from 1 hour logged, get coupons from home tree and all that stuff and save every single coupon you get around 5k coupons per month. if you go for his free frags in every events he is in and in the meanwhile save all your coupons, a bit over 2 months to get him but that means no spending on power. Also you can save all your stamina pots and use them on the limited point event to redeem his frags, i got around 30 of his frags that way.
