Actually, it is possible for you to report someone who's harassing you on chats .. You can Screenshot the chatbox where Moderators can see his/her chats to you .. In that manner, their Names which contains special characters can be seen in the Screenshot .. Why are you gonna report someone with "the name in hot spring" screenshot if you are reporting about abusive chats? ..

The S848 AzureFang uses Special Character but the BreezeDancer one ... wow .. she has no name ..
