The pill is an absolute garbage boost in terms of power unless you are already at an extremely high power level.
All it does is add a SINGLE percentage, 1% on top of your secondary stats. Think about that.
Let's say you have 4k in all secondary stats,The pill would give you 40 ini, crit, combo,injury and control.
If you're very close to the 500 rebate you might as well go for it, but it's not gonna give you anymore than 50~power UNLESS you already have lvl 10 refinement, orange purifies etc...

Just got 4 power from a level 7 refinement item with 2 gold purifies and 3 purples. Yeah it's pretty bad.
