The most important:
Earth main - 30% tai/nin if shielded
Earth main - 40% combo / 25% atk if male
Almost useless:
Wind main - 40% nin/res if in the same row
Consider that the most buffed itachi super team is CF, iruka/danzo/shisui, asuma WB + a support team with CF, bee, konan, tobirama / GNW Ino.

Nah he needs a buff in current me
ta. Only good thing is his sweep . His chaos can be countered with root /FM/ kureni easily. He seems to be Op because alot of whales stack him with their best equipment so his sweep looks op.Ya, need to spend about same as his worth on his equipment to make him reliable. -
