I believe this is the best team you can build with Shisui that does not include Event ninjas or Super rares. I've played around alot with the simulator, but I can't find anything better. I would love to hear of you experienced players on how to utilize shisui better.

But right now I can't decide if this team would function better with Wind main or Fire main. I think I am leaning towards Wind main, but she would be inferior in 9tails and I don't have Doggo of Hell :(

Fire main:
+Double Genjutsu Mirror

+ Massive shields, so the frontline is nigh unkillable.

+ Standard attack is amazing

Wind main:

+More combo damage (granted that you have dog of hell)

+ Supports can't be controlled, and hard to kill because of Flower Guard

Combination of Flower Guard + Dance of Impetus makes controlling this team very hard.

+ Shisui c*e Mystery on T2 and T3 back to back.

+Clones provide protection from standard attacks for the front line

What do you guys think of utilizing Shisui without Event ninjas and Super rares, and of these two teams if the choice comes down to them?
