The only way to get him via coupons is via RNG events so you have to risk losing coupons. You're more likely to buy frags only via ignots.

Take the risk.I wanted to save up and get masked man or curse hidan but got minato in the lucky stars wheel for 700 coupons.Then,i got Minato again for almost 2k coupons.19 frgs away from 4 stars.

Safest way to get this ninja is to wait for lucky * where at given ammount of spins you get hokage optional pack. It will cost you 25k coupons. He also was in the treasure of the sages only 2 times and thats it when it comes to direct buy available for coupons. Every other way is either heavy ingot recharge/spend or rng.

what is this hokage optional pack? does it give you 80 frags of any hokage?

180 cps. last (and only I believe) time he was in sage, his full price was 300, and I got him at 30% off at 210 cps a frag
