Nope. Someone posted about this before and that's just your own fault. Lock all the runes that you don't want to lose and remember that higher color runes will always swallow lower color ones.

Yup, im one of those who posted this kind of thread .. I was careless and doesn't have a clue that by clicking the runes so fast to unequip it, it may go and process to synthesize it .. i lost 2 of my highest yellow runes and posted a thread as fast as i could to rant out .. then people started to explain it to me and accepted it in the end that it's my mistake, lesson learned and locked all my equipped and important runes ..

btw, there's no way you can get it back, just like Brandenlol said, it's your fault, just like what happened to me and other peoples before .. just accept it and learn from that mistake ..

From there they'll be able to either assist you or not.
