There really isn't too much to work with, and mostly early game teams don't need too much thought into them

Hinata wouldn't be a bad decision, she's extremely tanky and pretty good even without the tankiness. So I'd suggest putting her front lines. Guy could be good as a 2nd ninja for his interruption and taijutsu buff. While for the next you could use Gaara for a bit of offense. Really the 3rd doesn't need to be anyone too special. Kiba, Sakura, Naruto, Sasuke, Temari, they'd all (probably) work.
