Gaming balance shouldn't be adjusted based on the Anime/Manga

It'll be an uninteresting game at best.

Although, representation is a different matter altogether and frankly, the game does it justice.

Y'all should tell Storm 4 to "balance like the anime"

Pre-Timeskip Lee being one of the single best characters in the game, while Gengetsu and 3rd Ay are awful.
