Warrior's Killing Intent is a buff for Sword users only. Iruka is not a sword user so his mystery can't be used again on the next round even if he kills something with it.

Right that's what I figured so if Shisui didn't kill anyone in the first round using his mystery then he should not have been able to use his mystery again in the second round.

Yes that but Shisui can't use mystery on 1st round because it has a battle field entry cool down of 1 round. Meaning he can only use his mystery starting round 2.
