He can't use his mystery every round , unless hes paired with lightning main and with the skill killing intents that mean if a character or clone dies when shisui uses his mystery it refreshes his mystery so if he kill something woth his mystery every round he uses every round

Thanks for your response. So if Iruka killed a clone will that reset shisui's mystery cool down to zero? If so then I understand but if not and their team didn't kill anyone in the first round and he used his mystery in the first round then how could he then use it again in the second round? We fought 5 rounds and they used it all five rounds. lol!
No , to put it simple shisui uses his mystery round 2 , he kills someone with his mystery he c*e again round 3 , if iruka kill someone with his mystery round 1 he c*e tound 2 as well but needs be with mystery not standard atks.
