no, masked man dodges sage naruto chase after that the standard attack landed. he doesn't avoid the standard attack itself (infact the standard attack delivers the damage)

Han's buff removal skill cannot be dodged. Azure Fang's Poison Tai can never be dodged, standard attack may be dodged, but poison gets applied and stacks.
poison tai gets evaded if applied trough a standard attack (unless we talk about special cases of standard attack), but is not evaded if applied trough a mystery that is half nin half tai or full tai.
