  • Probably not, but Sage Naruto, Kushina's standard attack can't be dodged.

    Also GNW Tenten's Mystery can't be dodged as well as Ginkaku's mystery.

Masked Man dodges Sage Naruto's standard attack, that I can confirm 100%.

Han's buff removal skill cannot be dodged. Azure Fang's Poison Tai can never be dodged, standard attack may be dodged, but poison gets applied and stacks.
