As tittle above , Many Servers need First Merge But also 2nd merge also need it , soo How long 2nd merge need to wait for it .

1. Opening new Server is accepted but to much a month is not , probably Once a month is okay

2 . Do First Merge and 2nd Merge Together , So probably less Complaint bout Opening Server Too much
