I'm currently level 29 and my power is 2930. I saw the second "Power" ranker is level 32 with 3.8k power. For 3 level gap, our power difference is quite enormous. How do you guys do it? And btw, he doesn't have a medal. Some may ask if what I currently have so I'll provide them below:

-All Equipment Strength across 4 Ninjas in my team are level 29.

-With Magatamas:

Ninja3: 2x LvL 1 5x LvL 1 5x LvL 1 3x LvL 1 5x LvL 1



-For "Equipment Upgrade" level, all of them are the first blue color or "Chunin" level.
-For "Cultivation", they're all 16 which is max at my current level.
-For Group Skills:
>LvL 6 Life Gains
>Lvl 5 Attack Gains, Ninjutsu Gains, Defense Gains, Resistance Gains, Taijutsu Pen., and Ninjutsu Pen.

-I don't know if this is relevant but my current squad is composed of Wind main, 2-Star Sakura, 3-Star Gaara, and 3-Star Zabuza.
