I wouldn't rely on that thing, because we do not follow all CN features, and the implementation of the features and interfaces of our servers here are ba
sed on different peoples of the management, not from the CN admins .. Maybe they have the Cloth Shop but here in English Server, they could not implement it forever .. We do not follow each and every updates of other servers as we have our own set of plans made by the management of English Servers .. -

so do ya recommend i get anbu or summer break
It depends on your needs, you need more power (atk/nin) then go for the anbu cloth, you need more life and initiative then go for the summer break .. we must bear this in mind, we buy clothes not to make our characters look cool, but we buy cloths for us to obtain permanent attribute increase .. me, i do buy my clothes depending on what i need on the situation and the current team i'm using .. I was using a blitz lightning team before, so i bought anbu cloth first (atk/nin damage), then i switched to wind dust roshi team,so i bought wild west cloth (life/defense), now im using fire 3rd raikage team so i bought sai school uniform cloth (nin/res for shield) .. but i also redeem fragments of the other clothes from the Konoha Great Tree everytime it appears, Exquisite, Fukurokumaru and Summer Break from the Board ..

Just as a heads up, be aware that this has no in combat appearance as yet. I don't know if they add it in later. I'm actually quite annoyed that I spent for it when it's not got an appearance in combat as it feels like an incomplete item.
As far as i'm aware after a bit of poking about its the only clothing that doesn't.
Yes, from what i've heard from others, Exquisite doesn't show in battles, and just like what Tiami added, fukurokumaru too .. But one thing i do like with this Exquisite cloth, aside from the power/att increase .. the appearance of Wind and Water mains are soooooooooo ..
.. wahahahaha xD ..anyways, i just spent my coupons earlier, because i was hoping that they will add Fukurokumaru Deals this afternoon but disappointed so i go and spend it .. It happens that i already have 9 frags of it from last Konoha Tree Event, and now i spent around 3600cps+ .. I manage to get 31 frags of it from spending my coupons and now i'm short 10 frags to synthesize it .. I hope i can get the remaining 10 frags for 600cps that i hope to collect within 2 days ..
but wait, watdapak is hell that Advance Cloth doing on the Tree ?! .. I've gotten twice, bless10 where i only got 2 or 3 Fortune coins and the rest 7 items are all Advance Cloth and other items .. so freakin' annoying getting advance cloth -_-
