Something like Han and Roshi helps.

Before using mystery bait him and use your standard first so you can get his dodge out of the way

Baiting is good but when the other player has fire, iruka and itachi(anbu) as support, it's a bit more complicated than "bait" him. There is also the annoying shisui, minato, masked man lineup.
