^ not even remotely close. the price you mentioned is roughly enough to get silk clothing. Kisame costs more. Ill just copy what i wrote last time.

Disclaimer: this is rng event, so for the simplicity of math im asuming every item on the tree has exactly the same drop chance (which isnt true, later on frags have a lot smaller occurance than coins, but that actually benefits our scenario)

In every level you have X different coin rewards where there are Y all the rewards in total (X= number of possible coins outcomes, so for lvl1 its X=2coins + 3coins=2 different rewards, etc.). You also gain 1 coin per every dew use.

Every tree level has different ammount of dew you need to use to level it up. Lets call that number Z. Lv1=Z1=20, Lv2=Z2=50, Lv3=Z3=100...

1dew costs 20cp, while 10 cost 190cp, so im taking 190/10=19 as average dew cost.

Now to calculating values of each level alone. Formula, number near letter corresponds to tree level + example. Further lvls are same, only variables change):

1) average coin per draw: (sum of all coins on that level)/Y +1(which is free coin we get after draw) | lv1: (2+3)/4 +1 =2.25

2) average coins on that level: (average coin per draw)*Z | lv1: 2.25*20=45

3) that level cost: Z1*19 | lv1: 20*19cp=380cp

4) Average cost of 1 coin on that level: (level cost)/(average coins on that level) | lv1: 380/45= 8,44 coupons per coin

***

Thats how you calculate a certain level cost. However due to scaling nature of that event (each level you get more coins, ergo lower levels are more expensive than further levels) you need to consider that as well. Because of that, average number of coins and their cost change. Because of maintenance I dont have access to tree images, co cant calculate it now.

For lv2 process is as follows:

1-4) same math as above.

5) full cost so far: cost of previous levels + current level | Lv1+Lv2= 20*19+50*19= 380+950= 1330

6) average coins so far: weighted average ((average coin on previous level)*(ammount of dew for previous lvl = Z1) + (average coin on current level)*(ammount of dew for current level=Z2) / (sum of dews so far=Z1+Z2)

7) Average cost of coin so far: sum of level cost divided by (average coins so far)

***

For higher levels its exactly the same, though you need to add another part to 6). Steps 1-4 are only about current level coin prices, not total coin prices. All steps for each new level have to be recalculated. Enjoy doing elementary school math ;-)

You're the hero that Gotham needs, but doesn't deserve.

I'm sure many people find this helpful. I especially appreciate how you didn't disclose the price at the end of your write up. Teach a man to fish ;)

I didnt include any costs because I wrote that a month ago while servers were on maintenance and never bothered to look up ammounts of coins there were on each level. The way you calculate is the same though, it's just ammount of coins changes every time (last time it was 3 coins, 2 coins, and 2 different items on lv1, this time its 3 coins and 3 different items) which would need to be updated everytime. If someone is bored, excel can solve that and make an universal sheet where you only change number of coins each time this event is present :P

~16k-22k coupons depending on how lucky you are, or between ~210 and 280 coupons per frag. Just depends is the RNG gods are smiling down on you. The lowest I've seen Kisame in previous events is 233 coupons and the average is 285. So, it is right around the normal coupon cost for sharkmode.
