[ Updates ] More stable environment and disconnections form the game

Dear ninjas,


Orochimaru has been attacking our players more and more often. It has come to the point when our community is requesting removal of Orochimaru and our team has decided to take actions against his attacks to our players. We are always working really hard in order to secure stable servers and smooth game experience.

Please consider this thread as feedback collector thread and also report thread. Our team isready to get rid of Orochimaru's attacks once and for all and make sure everyone will be able to experience smooth game experience.

Before you will report any connection or loading problem to us, please make sure your internet connection is stable and that the problem is not at your end.

Problems we would like to hear about:
- Orochimaru's attacks (disconnections problems)
- slow loadings
- loading errors
- game not responding to your actions (clicks)


How often do you experience problems listed above? Does it happen during Cross-server events, PVP fights or it does not matter and it happens during any actions/fights in game? Do you experience those problem when using mini-client, browser or both?


We would also like to collect log files from all players that are experiencing problems listed above. Please make sure to save log file when error message is up on your screen and not after you refresh the game. How do you save log file? It's actually pretty easy. All you have to do is type "hylogfile" on your keyboard (make sure not to type it in a chat window), after few seconds save window will pop up and and you will be able to save log file for us. But how do I send to you my log file? Please send it to this email -
narutoen_support@oasgames.com. Make sure to attach your information as well (UID, character name, server number and small note of what problems you are experiencing and during what actions). Please keep in mind this email is only for collecting reports, you will not receive answer to your email.


Please refrain from reporting mystery skill problems in this thread since it has its own thread on this forum.

The delay is terrible. Even with 200mb/s internet. I try to wait for my shisui (move 2) to do standard so that kurenai transfers ignition and I am free to use his mystery, click on it right after I do that standard attack, it just lets all the other ninjas finish round and transfer it to next one and I lose...

More and more recently the game will completely freeze up on miniclient when trying to load anything. Opening a tab in Hot Topics - loading bar stuck at 0 for a good 30 seconds before it disappears and the tab comes up. Same goes for opening mail, collecting prizes in Survival Trial, watering trees. The loading bar doesn't move, the screen just freezes up entirely for a while before going back to normal. It happens a bit in matches as well, loading into a match and when clicking a mystery it'll pause for a moment. My internet connection is fine, and actually better now than it's ever used to be. The way it freezes does not look like it did months ago when my internet was bad. It's like it just completely locks up for a bit anytime you click something.

I've also just randomly gotten kicked offline during these freezes, but it's not as common. That mostly happens when watering trees. If I click a watering can and then click the next before the first one has actually registered, when it freezes to load the first one the second one will kick me offline. It's happened once in hot topics though when trying to flip between event tabs.

My game gets full blackscreen whenever i attack a kushina opponent.

In ranked , has kushina, black screen.

In bonds, has kushina, black screen.

This is only on miniclient, browser works fine.

lag dc

SA froze out of the blue and then everyone dced, tested connection and everything was smooth, it didn't dc after this incident but it's not the first time it happens.

This has been happening pretty often lately. Went to collect from monthly event (also happens with pretty much any claim *on). It just freezes up at 100% when I click claim until I refresh the page

I left it for about ten minutes seeing if it would do anything but then got bored of waiting.
