However, when I the instance, I never seem to get any of the drops shown in the box, (This has happens to me mostly in the higher TIs like Akatsuki Hard+). Am I simply unlucky or is there some bug/condition I don't know about? Picture of example drops: Reply

The drop chance is really low . i have spend 2 weeks trying to get this sword (50 times) with zero luck . Some ppl claim the chance is 1% , dunno if this is accurate . Best of luck

The newer ninja tools start to drop from Pain Tendo (Hard) TI onwards. The drops described on those lower TIs are probably yet to be implemented in the future. But as of now, you only get those golden/red ninja tools from Pain Tendo Hard+. Some old golden tools can mostly be farmed from Akatsuki TIs.

Does this apply to the other TIs too? Like Akatsuki Hard, theres some other gold tools in there (I dont know if theyre the new ones) like Shura Broad Sword and Sword of Totsuka which I've never seen in the cards yet.

I've been doing solo Brothers normal for a few weeks and it pretty much never gave me a red tool. Last night I did 5 Brothers hard in a group and I got two red tools. Feels like you definitely get more tools from Brothers hard compared to the other instances.

I have ran pain hard over 150 times and not once has the red sword dropped for me. The drop rate is complete bs.

what is even worst is some one got after like 100 try only has one gold static...and one that has no real game effect.....

man.. i fell ya. that sword its like a myth to me. never seen one in pain hard.

Does this mean that in order to receive certain drops from a TI even though we've unlocked them, we still need to hit a certain BP/Level? If so, does anyone know any numbers?

it certainly isn't level based, my 50k/level 74 ninja has gotten all the new red tools. It did take ~1 month to get sword and about as long to get the fan.
