So I've had this question for a while now, in Team Instances, you can check the drops of a team instance (picture below). However, when I the instance, I never seem to get any of the drops shown in the box, (This has happens to me mostly in the higher TIs like Akatsuki Hard+). Am I simply unlucky or is there some bug/condition I don't know about?

Does this apply to the other TIs too? Like Akatsuki Hard, theres some other gold tools in there (I dont know if theyre the new ones) like Shura Broad Sword and Sword of Totsuka which I've never seen in the cards yet.

Does this mean that in order to receive certain drops from a TI even though we've unlocked them, we still need to hit a certain BP/Level? If so, does anyone know any numbers?
