For me, you need to make something with Roshi, he will destroy Shisuis barrier plus he will be immune, and try to get someone like Jonin Minato or go deep in GNW treasure,if you get Kurama you can build the usual earth team with him roshi bee and dispose those teams. other than that, Shisui will be a problem for you atm. he is extremely annoying with other dodge + anbu itachi ninjas !

The team that i use is fire main,mei,minato,and kurenai.Talents:4,4,42,1. with the kirin summon. As long as you have more initiative,you can win.I've only fought the LM,shisui,and anbu itachi/susano'o sasuke team with this,so im not sure how it will do against that team with masked man.

for Shisui + anbu itachi lineups you need to control constantly Anbu Itachi, if you kill or get under control every round anbu itachi then you will have a big chance to win the match. Anbu itachi is the key for that specific team.
