I have been unable to make a purchase becauseXsolla felt the need to lock all methods of payment because I missed a keystroke.
They have been unhelpful to say the least. Can Oasis give them a call to unlock my payment account so I can make a significant purchase?
I'm trying to give you my money here and every barrier has been put up to prevent me from doing so. It's starting to get really frustrating.

Hello! Thank you for reaching out. Please submit a ticket through Customer Service Ticketing system, as it requires information that can't be addressed in a public forum.
Customer Service is located in the upper right corner of the game (browser or mini-client)--see screenshot below.
This will prompt a new window; then select "Recharge Problems" and create your ticket there.
