Of all things you mentioned Kage TI is last one which was added. It's defenetly NOT 3.0 feature.
Kage ti was added one week before they got our actual set of talents, so is 3.0 feature. rFor kage ti i mean the ti after brothers farewell, the, ti whose hard mode drop tools with comparable secondary stats to the old bf hard mode ones.

You wrong. It was added almost two months before our actual set of talents. And it was slightly over a year ago (february 9 2017 to be exact). For some reason Oasis rushed talents changes. We have only slight difference with CN in talents (like one update). But we don't have a lot of others changes (not only those, that you were mention) which was added on CN BEFORE Kage TI. And they defenetly NOT 3.0 features. So, i consider Kage 4.0 feature (and again - there is no versions on CN, so it's only personal point of view).

And yeah - my mistake - oil cultivation was the last added, Kage Ti was before it (like 3-4 months).

But that's their point...to make you spend money like a dumb monkey because most of the players are like crows or magpies going for shiny things and then shoving up your face another line up new ninjas that surely you will want to spend money because you want to have it first ................... smth..... * facepalm *
There was a moderator in the 8th of march update in the comment section, he stated that they had to release 4.0 because of necessary bug fixes and stuff, to the schedule got postponed regarding events and such updates, yet we still face bugs such as delayed mystery attacks that weren't happening before 4.0.
Look up that 8th of March event update in the News section, and find that moderator in 3-4th page or so.
