I am the one who said new Group Summon will come during current version of the game. The reason is because we were not able to release it according to our previous plan and change log for version 3.0. There was serious problem with this feature and same can be said about Red Chakra Shop. Indeed, it does not take several months to fix such problem, what takes time is to push/bring it back to the update plan and make sure it won't cause any trouble or it won't create chaos in our current update plan. There is a lot of factors our team needs to take into consideration. It may look simpler than it actually is. We can't just be like "Oh well, we did not put this update to the game like we planned 3 months ago so we are going to release it next week." No, no. We understand a lot of players would like it to see it this way but that would mean we have to push back all planned updates for the future. We need to find a solution that will be profitable for both sides, that means us (it won't create chaos) and for you, our players (you will receive new updates and features).

Indeed, it's been almost one month and 1 week/2 weeks (?) since last update aka new in-game feature. Next new in-game feature will be added this month. We are also still discussing how can we push some updates to the game a bit sooner than planned and what we have to do in order to do so. Please understand that this decision is something that needs to be approved and done by whole team and not just one individual.
