can some post guidelines or what should we do on page tactics? im currently at lvl 6 (wind mill) wondering if i should still lvl up it?...thanks... ;) currently 76k BP

i already got 70/300 on upgrading to level 7 ( carry out from my last upgrade) i used to buy page tactics when its Fukumaru Event...upgrading cave runes is so expensive...already at level 6 all runes...im also at level 8 on mt myubuko page...cloths that i dont have is kimono,summer break and the last cloth added that silk i think?...and my first player action already have the 2 charms runes head to neclace level 5 magtamas....and btw i also wondering if i should forge all my tools (all red new tools already have 6 gold attributes) i mean the other tools before the red new tool came out...thanks a lot :)
